Group Fitness & 1:1 Training

Group Fitness

Our widely popular group fitness classes create a social gathering where clients can work toward a common goal while improving their balance, endurance, flexibility and strength.  Classes may consist of bands, dumbbells, medicine balls and other resistance equipment (a survey of the population will determine the most beneficial use of equipment).

1:1 Training

Experienced and certified fitness professionals will evaluate and implement an exercise prescription along with providing clear and concise instruction to the client; ensuring a safe an effective progression toward their individual goals.
