Strength & Conditioning

The benefits of strong, pliable muscle is limitless:  from gait and balance to accomplishing activities of daily living.  Our widely popular Strength & Conditioning class is centered around all attributes of physical fitness, yielding a total body workout that is both effective and fun!  Classes may consist of bands, dumbbells, medicine balls and other resistance equipment (a survey of the population will determine the most beneficial use of equipment).
